On his newest single, 'Own Me', Stil vor Talent boss Oliver Koletzki joins forces with Talmirage to deliver a magnetic missive of a tune — retro-laced synth pop, EBM and techno rolled into two distinct versions.

The original is a pure 80s-infused pop number leaning towards Pet Shop Boys or Depeche Mode, built from dazzling machine glimmer, ingenuous tune-making, textured vocals and playful Andean pipes.

The club version trades that shimmering synth effervescence for a brooding post-industrial atmosphere and a steel-clad punch, rolling through thunderous echoes and rogue basswaves before opening up into a psychedelic pop finale.
